Two 8th grade classes visited the Salvation Army, an institution that supports people in situations of greater vulnerability. In this space, clothing — especially underwear and hygiene products — is essential to ensure dignity and well-being.
With this goal in mind, teachers, students, and families joined forces and collected items they no longer needed, sharing them with those who needed them most. A simple gesture, but one full of meaning.
Every year, tons of clothing are thrown away, representing a serious environmental problem. Reusing, donating, and sharing is also a way of taking care of our planet.A very special thank you to the Clube Recreativo e Cultural do Forte da Casa for their valuable support in collecting the clothing.
